Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 banana, peeled, frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup berries, frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup oats, raw or cooked

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add more milk

Notes

I keep peeled bananas in the freezer to use in smoothies. It’s great way to use overripe bananas.
